I'm in mid 70s with heart failure, depression, CFS, compulsive hoarding and incontinence. My landlord wants me to declutter faster than I can for a mortgage appraisal. We disagree on what's a reasonable amount of possessions and what's needed for an appraisal. I know an awful lot must go but I also need much more for my health than he understands. (Incontinence, and clothes to keep warm).
He says he needs to remortgage urgently because a demand for immediate repayment of the present mortgage could arrive anytime. This by itself doesn't make sense, he never tells me the whole situation. He can be difficult to understand and get on with. He's threatened dumping my possessions or eviction.
Please pray for his appraisal, finances, and for us to agree a realistic amount of decluttering and timescale. And healing, and strength to declutter.

For my son JoJo. Father please intervene yourself into his life as he has asked you. Please keep him home & away from the drugs, alcohol, & bad friends. Heal his heart! Help him to receive the holy spirit into him. He has said out loud to you the he does not feel you & when he prays to you, you do not answer, so then why trust in your words. I know that you did not answer him because he does not carry faith. Please my Lord, as a mother I come to you on my knees, hear my cries! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
