I was doing something on the sofa and got up and my ankles turned and i fell. I think I may have sprained both ankles, the right more than the left. I was in a bad state today, still mourning my sister's death. help. i am crawling to the kitchen and bathroom.

please pray for Jack and Joanne to be safe...their adult daughter is severely mentally ill and bringing homeless people to the camper she is staying in on her parents property..her parents are almost 90 and their daughter, Teri, is 68...the police arrest her last night but she is already out...Jack has had to take 3 nitro pills today and was beat up by a homeless guy last night...he didn't call the police because he is afraid of retaliation. please pray for Teri to be hospitalized...she may have Alzheimer's. she has no place to go...her daughter has a restraining order on her...jack and joann need outside help quickly...they are in Oregon Psalm 91

Please remember me in prayer. I have psoriasis. This winter it has flared really badly. My upper half is covered with a mass rash and it is aggravating and super itchy. I have been doing what I can medically but it is spreading. I need God to reverse this condition and totally heal me from it and my auto immune system. This is where it stems from. Thank you in Jesus name.
