Please pray for my marriage and all marriages that are struggling. My husband and I have lost our strong connection in these crazy years of raising small children. We want to be connected again and share deeply with each other. Our two beautiful children should see two parents who love and support each other. Please pray we can find our way back. Please pray we have patience with each other while we find ourselves. Please pray for our hearts to be open to this change. I love my husband so much and want to live the life we have planned.

I’m seeking prayer for my husband, who lies about everything. We’ve been married for almost three years, and most of the lying started before we were married, but I didn’t find out until after our wedding that he hid finances and lied about his income. We discussed all of this before marriage and even went through premarital counseling. We have done counseling twice, but he temporarily fixes things and then defaults back to the same behaviors. While he has grown a little, he struggles to balance family time and extended family.

There have been weeks and even months where we don’t spend time together, and I’m often told it’s because he’s too tired. There is little to no intimacy in our marriage, and when I try to connect, it doesn’t work because he claims to be tired or stressed from the shop and his parents.

There have been weeks where we don’t spend time together because he works late, often leaving to take his parents to appointments. I, too, have helped with his mother’s appointments, but his father always wants only my husband, not me. This causes my husband to work until 9:00 or 10:00 at night trying to catch up on work. For the most part, every day after his father leaves his job, he stops by the shop to talk with my husband for 2 to 2.5 hours before going home. Theses are on days my husband working late 3 days out the week and on days my husband is suppose to leave early to come home to use after 6:00pm his father still stops and keeps him there later and my husband get home an hour more late. This has been discussed as wasted time, but my husband allows it because it’s his dad. Sometimes, his mother asks him over for lunch, and 1 to 3 hours are gone. Time management and respect for his job are not in order.

My husband often chooses porn and masturbation over intimacy in our marriage, claiming it’s due to stress from finances or being tired after work. I have income coming in, and right now he can only help with half the rent ,which has been the case since we married. These issues arise at his shop before he comes home. I don’t understand why he says it’s not me but rather guilt from lying and getting caught in lies, even about simple things.

For example, there was a time we were discussing something important over the phone when his father came to the shop. He told me it was a customer and that he needed to go. When I pressed him, he eventually admitted it was indeed his father but only apologized for lying after I showed him the shop’s camera. He acknowledges that lying is a bad habit because no one ever held him accountable. His parents have no respect for our marriage, and his father makes him feel guilty, prioritizing himself over family. His father is not a godly man, and their family is lost.

I don’t want another divorce; my last one involved cheating, and this one is marked by inconsistency and lies about small, simple things. He wastes time at the shop, stays late doing things he shouldn’t, and his father and mother need to let him go and stop interfering in our marriage. My husband needs to set boundaries.

I need prayer for all of them and for guidance from God regarding this marriage. Is this the man God had for me? I will continue to help him with his walk with Jesus ,He has made some progress in reconnecting with Jesus, but I feel like he might be running away from that commitment. I also ask for prayer for myself, to continue seeking God in everything and to avoid being discouraged or distracted. Please pray for the removal of any demonic spirits from our home and around us. In Jesus' name, let thy will be done, Amen.

Prayers for God to give me clarity on the state of my marriage and what He wants me to do in regards to it. Also prayers for God to heal me of acne bumps, excessive oil, clogged pores, pimples, and acne scars off my skin, my scalp and body in Jesus Name!! Prayers for God to send me a financial miracle to pay all my current debts off quickly so that I can start this new year clear of all financial debt in Jesus Name!! Also lastly, prayers for God to bless me with the money to finish my education up once and for all at ORU or the college He wants me to finish up at.

Please pray for my husband, Dave – has been involved in an affair for several years – was a Pastor & had been living a double life. Please pray that he would stop believing the lies of the enemy & his own lies – & stop recreating the narrative of his life – trying to assuage his guilt & convince himself that it is all OK – he continues in his sin. Please pray his heart of stone would become a heart of flesh again & that the scales would be removed from his eyes. Please pray for Godly sorrow to overcome him and that it would lead to repentance. Please pray that the schemes of the enemy would be exposed. Please pray that he would see everything with this other woman as what it truly is-evil, Godless, dirty, wrong, & not love but merely lust. May he hunger & thirst for righteousness again. Please pray for total healing & restoration in his heart, mind, life, our marriage & with his family. We had been married 37 ½ yrs. All is so demonic as he is not himself. Please pray that all ties with this other woman would be forever severed.
